With over 11 years spent at the ML Ruberton Agency, I have come to appreciate the strong relationships I have built over time. What I enjoy most about working here is the relationships I have made with not only my co-workers but the clientele. It’s not just a job; it’s a place where everyone knows everyone, which creates a sense of comfort and security that is hard to find in other work environments. On a personal note, my family owned an independent agency in PA when I was a child, so working in the insurance industry has always been a part of my life!
