Since joining the MLR Agency team in 2022, I have had the pleasure of being part of a highly motivated team that is dedicated to providing the best services for clients. What I enjoy most about working at ML Ruberton is the collaborative environment in the office, which has allowed me to learn and grow both personally and professionally. As a team, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our skills and knowledge to better serve our clients. One of my biggest achievements this year was becoming a licensed insurance producer in property and casualty, which has not only expanded my knowledge but also allowed me to better assist our clients with their insurance needs. Overall, my experience at ML Ruberton has been incredibly rewarding and I look forward to continuing to grow with this team.
